Mirabel, is a family owned residence offering four high standard, well equipped Gites .
Conveniently situated on the N21 it provides both a tranquil setting for that relaxing break you deserve along with the convenience of being within reach to enable you to discover many of the delights that the GERS has to offer, providing a haven for you to return to each day to relax by the pool while the children play safely in the grounds.
Each gite has its own patio/ terrace area with garden furniture and BBQ. A communal barn area is equipped to enable you to enjoy, Badminton, table tennis, shooting hoops along with a Boules pitch and other giant garden games for your enjoyment- cycles are also available for your enjoyment. A small well stocked fish pool also provides entertainment for both adults & children alike.

Lierre & Lilas – are both 3 bedroom gites comfortably sleeping 6 adults in 2 twin rooms and 1 double with downstairs shower rooms housing the wash basin & WC.
The gites are open plan lounge / dining and have fully equipped kitchens including, Cooker, Microwave, fridge, toaster, juicer ,CD player.etc
Laurier & Lavande – are 2 bedroom gites comfortably sleeping 4 adults in a double & twin room.
Laurier benefits from having a downstairs wet room, wc & wash basin along with an upstairs, bathroom containing bath, stand alone shower, twin wash basins & wc. A wood burning stove also provides a cosy little getaway for the winter. Access to the first floor is via a spiral staircase. As with the other gites the kitchen is fully equipped.
Lavande has an upstairs shower room, wc & wash basin and an open plan living area downstairs as per the others.

All of the Gites have a TV supplied for viewing DVD / Videos, Iron & Ironing board & cleaning equipment. Fresh towels for both the gite and around the pool are provided along with fresh linen changed on a weekly basis; a Laundry service is also available. All gites are centrally heated thus enabling us to offer all year round getaways.
Mid week changeovers can be accomodated outside of July & August |

Attractions There are 3 leisure lakes nearby coupled with walking trails, canoeing, rafting, leisure boat trips, horse riding.
Golfers will delight in the choice of local courses all un-crowded and beautiful the nearest being under 10 minutes drive away.
The Pyrenees are only a short drive away, and offer great areas of interest such as the observatory at Pic du Midi and La Mange. White water rafting, Hydrospeeding are available for the more adventurous and Skiing is also available from December at the largest Ski area in the Pyrenees – La Mongie/ Bareges
The religious town of Lourdes is under 1hr away, well worth a visit to take in the sights and ambiance of this religious mecca.

Mirabel is situated close to Mirande,on route Nationale 21 in South West France, approximately 75 minutes drive south west of Toulouse. British visitors will experience an approximate ten hour drive from the Caen Ferry Port and approximately nine hours from St.Malo.
Mirabel is 4.5km north of Miélan, between Auch and Tarbes on route Nationale 21. It is 100 meters south of the D16 junction (Tillac) on the west side of the road. From Toulouse, take route National 124 west to Auch and then south on route National 21. From Bordeaux, take auto route A62 west to exit 7 (Agen) and follow the signs N21 (Auch). Tarbes is on auto route 64. For Mirabel, take exit 13 and follow the signs N21 (Auch).
