This old stone, south-facing farmhouse has been completely restored in 2007 to offer beautiful accommodation. There are stunning, uninterrupted views over the vineyards, to the Corbieres hills. Next to the house is a river, together with a natural rockpool for swimming. There are also nearby local lakes for swimming/picnics.

The house features a large living area, with log burner, television, stereo etc. There is a well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine. There are french doors off the kitchen out to a lovely, private dining terrace, together with a barbeque an far reaching views. The other end of the kitchen has french doors to a dining room.
There are two large double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and separate toilets. There is one small single room. All the bedrooms have views out the Corbieres hills.

Outside, you have access (shared) through the river garden, down to the river. To the front of the property you have private use of a large garden, laid to lawn together with fruit trees and plants, situated next to the river.

The house has been beautifully renovated, using only natural materials and comprise:-

Nearest supermarkets are in Trebes, Lezignan and Carcassonne.

Fresh produce markets are held in Lagrasse, Lezignan and Carcassonne.

There are numerous "Cathar" castles in the Corbieres, the medieval city of Carcassonne being one of the more famous.
