This ancient water mill has been artistically converted into three comfortable gites which are completely self-contained making them the ideal location for your self catering holiday in the Pyrenees. Standing in 4 acres of meadows clothed with wild orchids in Spring, colourful butterflies and soaring buzzards, bordered by a tranquil stream fondly known as the babbling brook which is ideal for paddling on a hot summers day.

LE MOULINET
Sleeps 5 people. Le Moulinet occupies the lower floor of the mill, the sitting room complete with wood-burning stove, overlooks the tumbling stream and peaceful countryside beyond. A walled private sheltered terrace provides a charming entrance to the cottage with one double , one bunk bed and one single bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and bathroom consists of shower, wc and washbasin.
LA BERGERIE
Sleeps 3 people. This charming and detached recently converted barn provides two private terraces and its own driveway with shady parking. La Bergerie has one double and one single bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen. The large open plan living area features a wood-burning stove. The bathroom consists of shower, wc and washbasin.
LE GRANGE
Sleeps 6 people. This recently converted detached property has its own secluded setting with a westerly aspect terrace overlooking the meadows ideal for watching the beautiful sunsets. La Grange features one large double and one bunk bed and one twin bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen complete with washing machine and a comfortable sitting room with wood burning stove. The bathroom consists of wc, bath, shower and washbasin

All gites except La Grange share a communal laundry room with automatic washing machine.
Terrace areas come equipped with garden furniture and barbeques.
Free access to local village swimming pool and tennis courts only 5 minute walk.

As Moulin De Perle is our home, we are always around should you have any questions or need any advice on what to do, where to go, how to get there – even the weather! We seek to provide and maintain a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere to all our guests. We our proud of our home, and strive to continuously maintain and improve to ensure our guests have an enjoyable and carefree holiday. We are also happy to provide the following if required, although there is a small charge for each:
· Babysitting.
· Bed Linen/Towel Hire.
· Additional maid service.
Electric and Fuel for Wood Burning Stoves is charged for during winter months.

Attractions Local shops are situated within five minutes drive in the pretty village of Caudies 10 minutes drive, together with several bars and restaurants. The larger town of St Paul is 20 minutes away in the opposite direction offering supermarkets, petrol stations, banks and several restaurants.
Within an hour you can visit the secluded rock pools at Pezilla, Roman Aqueduct at Ansignan, Gorges and plunge pools of Galamus at St Paul, Mijanes skiing resort for Beginners and Experienced skiers ) not expensive) in season, Mediterranean Beaches for a day lazing in the sun to name just a few. Also within an hours drive is the larger town of Perpignan (the gateway to Spain) with museums, restaurants, extensive shopping areas and enormous hypermarkets.
So, whether you simply like to laze in the sun, potter around discovering the outstanding mountainous scenery and pretty local villages , or prefer to be more active and adventurous, you will find Moulin De Perle is the ideal location for your holiday. |

| Booking |
Lettings are usually Saturday to Saturday, however we are happy to accept midweek bookings wherever possible – Mid and Low Seasons only. Short breaks and Bed and Breakfast are also possible subject to availability. Reductions are available in the low seasons for longer lets and bookings for two or more properties. Please note the prices are in STERLING PER WEEK.
A damage deposit of £100.00 is payable at the time your final balance is due. This will be returned to you two weeks after your departure assuming no damage is found.
We ask for a 25 % deposit on booking, the balance being due eight weeks prior to the commencement date of your holiday (Please also see the booking conditions).

We are peacefully situated within a picturesque valley in the lower Fenouilledes foothills of the Pyrenees standing midway between two small villages, Le Vivier and Fosse . This tranquil location makes it an ideal base for exploring the region or simply putting your feet up and relaxing. The closest airports are Perpignan (50 minutes), Carcassonne (1.5 hours), Gerona in Spain and Toulouse (2 hours) (flights available on low cost Ryan Air and Flybe airlines).
