Our 15-acre property has a well-stocked Carp fishing lake and Quad-bike hire for use in our fields and woods. Facilities on-site also inclue a fenced, heated Swimming Pool and full size Badminton Hall. About 40kms east of Tours and 15 minutes from the famous château de Chenonceau. Montrichard and Loches are close by. Futuroscope is a 90 min drive. The local area has a wealth of wildlife and many quiet lanes and woods begging to be explored.
	Accommodation includes: The 2 Cottages: Each has 3 bedrooms (one with superking size bed), shower room, large living/dining room, modern kitchen, wood-burning stove, private garden, barbecue. The Stables: 5 bedrooms (one with superking bed, one with kingsize bed), 2 shower rooms, large kitchen/dining room/living room, private garden, barbecue.
	Other facilities on-site include an indoor badminton hall, a well-equipped fitness suite, heated swimming pool, table tennis, bicycles, children’s play equipment, laundry room, large gardens and barbecues.
