Containing a large leather sofa and leather armchair, flat screen TV and DVD player, Radio / CD player and of course, patio doors opening onto the beautiful balcony with table and chairs and offering spectacular views over Erquy harbour and main beach.
The fully fitted luxury cherry kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all utensils you would expect to make this a home from home.
The two spacious bedrooms are decorated in a clean, contemporary style, yet exude warmth and homeliness throughout. The elegant twin bedroom has two single beds. The gorgeous master bedroom has a double bed and ample storage together with a beautiful vista of Erquy harbour.
The secure back garden has a patio area (perfect for barbecues) and lawn and is equipped with patio table and chairs for your further relaxation.
The property also contains a washing machine, ironing board, iron and hairdryer.

Attractions Erquy is a beautiful working fishing port with a main central beach surrounding a harbour, where you can watch the catch being unloaded and even buy some of it on the quayside for your dinner later. Erquy was also the inspiration for Asterix and Obelix's village in the famous children's stories.
The town centre contains several local shops, including fishmongers, bakers, and a small supermarket, together with a popular weekly street market; no high street chain stores, just charm and individuality. There is also a large supermarket on the outskirts of town which is open on Sundays in peak season.
Maison Theo is just a short stroll from Erquy’s array of restaurants, including several creperies and restaurants specialising in the local delicacy of scallops.
There are 10 beaches in total within a 10 minute drive of Maison Theo, perfect for building sandcastles and exploring rock pools. The coastline, with its 15km of coastal paths, is particularly popular with walkers.
Erquy’s modern watersports centre offers excellent facilities, including a diving school and sailing school, windsurfing and sea canoeing. There is a mini-golf course and children’s playground, together with a programme of entertainment during the summer season.
A little further afield, there are numerous attractions including the Chateau-Bienassis, two well-regarded golf courses, pony trekking, a couple of zoos, an amusement park and a Victorian farm, as well as a host of other seaside resorts and local markets. The historic towns of Dinan and St-Malo are also well worth a visit.
