We would like to welcome you to our traditional Breton Farmhouse and cottages, situated in a peaceful location on the edge of the village of Callac in the Cotes d'Armor département, Central Brittany.
Set in 10 acres of gardens, open grassland and private woodland Maroux Vian is surrounded by vast green countryside. At one time Maroux Vian was a working farm consisting of the original Breton Farmhouse, a barn and stabling for the bull and cart horse. The 3 traditional stone cottages are set around a secluded courtyard with ample parking. All have a modern, clean and cosy interior. The addition of an open air swimming pool makes it an ideal place to holiday with family or friends.
Callac is approximately an hour away from rocky shore / fine sandy beaches to the North and South, and an equal distance from the Atlantic West coast with its stunning views and beaches.

The Farmhouse comfortably sleeps 6 people plus Cot, has easy access to the swimming pool and is equipped with all mod cons.
Downstairs: Newly fitted, well equipped modern fitted kitchen. The large oak beamed lounge/dining room (10m x 5m) has ample comfortable seating, Satellite TV, DVD player and CD player. There is a large wood burning stove located in an inglenook fireplace. The dining area has pine table & chairs, etc. Also downstairs is the fully fitted shower room with new shower, wash basin and toilet.
Upstairs There are three bedrooms:
• 1 king sized with room for a cot
• 1 double with wardrobe and chest of drawers, and
• 1 twin (2 singles) bedroom
PLUS a toilet / washroom with w/c and hand basin.
NB: English & French electric power points throughout. All rooms upstairs have beams with sloping ceilings. |

The Cottages ('Papillon' and 'Hirondelle') comfortably sleep 4 people (each) plus Cot, overlook the courtyard.
The courtyard has patio furniture and barbecue facilities, where you can relax and while away the summer evenings with a glass of wine. There is access to the large garden areas which leads to the private wooded areas, where you can explore the local flora & fauna. |

Attractions There are so many interesting and breath-taking places to visit in Brittany, too many to mention here. The best bet is to purchase a travel guide or do some web surfing before your trip.
For example: Dinan is a lovely old medieval town on a hill with granite and timbered buildings. Below the old town is a quaint port on the river Rance. Approx. 1hr away |

Our cottages are situated in Callac (Breton: Kallag) which is a small market town in the between Guingamp and Carhaix, in the heart of Central Brittany.
Easy to reach from ferry port or airport(both Brest and Dinard are 1 hour away).
