	Le Tilleul is ideally suited for two people with or without their pet(s). This little cottage has been recently renovated from top to bottom. Now finished the ground floor has a white fitted kitchen along the length of one wall, the dining area has a solid oak table and chairs looking out over the garden and views down the valley. There is a comfortable lounge area with settees, a TV (satelite) and wood burning fire, there are electric radiators for those who prefer them. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with laminated flooring in beech, a king sized wrought iron bed with a matching dressing table, bedside cabinets and hanging rail, an en suite shower room, consisting of a large shower with massage jets, suspended WC. Towels and co-ordinated bed linen are supplied. From the huge garden, of over 2000M2 there are wonderful views over the “Monts du Morvan”. Hopefully the garden will be fully fenced and pet proof by 2010. The area at the back of the house is cobbled with table and chairs and is ideal for BBQs. Parasol and BBQ are supplied. The house is built over a cellar so there are several steps up to the front door. At the start of the garden, nearest the road there is a barn to be used as the garage for our client’s cars. The garden faces onto the village green and the cottage is situated well down the garden. The hamlet of Valouze consists of some twenty houses and it, along with the neighbouring hamlet are on a “cul de sac”, so there is no through traffic whatsoever. The hamlet is situated on numerous marked walking trails of varying distances.

	Attractions Autun is an ancient Gallo-Roman town with the orignal arched entrance ways still used. In the old quarter there is the Roman ampitheatre.
	High season = July and August price is 255 euros per week All other times the price is 215 euros per week There is a taxe de sejour in force in the region at 1€ per person per night, sorry
