The property comprises of a well equipped spacious farmhouse style kitchen, comprising of a gas cooker and hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. There are original exposed oak beams to the ceiling and rear door leading to the covered terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
Bedrooms
2 double bedrooms are accessed from the main hallway and are situated on the first floor. Bedroom 1 includes a double bed and a variety of bedroom furniture. Bedroom 2 includes 2 single beds, and a variety of bedroom furniture. (extra bed available if required, also cot and pushchair)

Exit the kitchen or lounge onto a large covered veranda overlooking the large 1.25 acre south facing private rear garden with countryside views and planted with a variety of flowers and shrubs. The PRIVATE HEATED SWIMMING POOL is a 9.1m x 6.1m figure 8 pool which is fenced for child safety and maintened at a comfortable temperature throughout the season (no more chilly dips in the pool). Also there is a barbecue, sun loungers, chairs and tables. Garden games are available such as badmigton, bowls, bats and ball, etc. |

Attractions Local Surroundings
The property is situated on the outskirts of the village of Bosset which has a bar and is in easy reach of Bergerac and the airport. The area boasts a number of local restaurants to suit all tastes and there are a number of leisure parks within easy reach for horse riding, swimming, canoeing, fishing and cycling. There are lots of fetes, brocantes and festivals in the surrounding villages to visit and the coast at Royan and Arcahon are only a couple of hours away. |
